Omnia nisasta Industry and Trade Inc. was established by Tosmur Group in 2014 on an area of 53,000 m2 in the Adana Organized Industrial Zone. As of 2023, it has reached a total area of 73,000 m2, with 55,000 m2 being covered space. Rooted with 55 years of experience passed down from the past to the future, it has embraced principles of respect for humanity, life, and nature.

This mission has played a significant role in Omnia's corporate identity. Over the years, omnia nisasta has achieved success in industrial activities, especially in corn-based food production, benefiting from Tosmur Group's extensive experience. Utilizing high technology, it continues its organic growth with bold investments in R&D and technology, producing high-quality crystal fructose, maltodextrin, glucose syrup powder, glucose and isoglucose syrups, natural corn starch, industrial corn starch, and extra-neutral ethyl alcohol.

As one of the four globally recognized non-GMO crystal fructose producers, omnia nisasta leads in capacity. It is the sole maltodextrin producer in Turkey. Achieving its goal of becoming a global brand in the Crystal Fructose, Maltodextrin, Glucose Syrup Powder, and Corn Starch markets with innovative products, advanced production technologies, highly competent human resources, and a wide geographical footprint. It is a leading player in the extra-neutral ethyl alcohol sector.

Omnia nisasta operates in a vast geography from America to the Asia-Pacific, serving the mission of creating added value for people in more than 130 countries. It continues its innovative and consistent quality in customer service as well.
We take pride in being approved suppliers for leading multinational branda such as Coca Cola, Pepsi, Danone, Agrana, Kellogs, Nestle, Unilever and Kerry. With a significant share of the domestic market and a diverse customer base, Omnia nisasta also server as a supplier for well-known brands like Eti, Rebul, Evyap, Abdi İbrahim, Eczacıbaşı and Eyüp Sabri Tuncer. Having IP & Food Chain Certification, Omnia nisasta ensures the GMO-free production of all its products. OMNIA holds the most effective certifications such as BRC, IFS, FSSC 22000, ISO 89001, 14001, 27001, OHSAS 18001), IP (Identity Protection System), KOSHER, HALAL, GMO-free, Food Chaın, etc.

Omnia nisasta is designed in compliance with high environmental and safety standards. A fire risk protection system is installed according to NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) standards, and this system is approved by Bureau Veritas. Omnia Europe SA is the overseas subsidiary of omnia nisasta, established in Romania to be closer to the market and business partners, enhance its dominance in the global market by adding new and niche products to its product category.

In line with its commitment to sustainability, Omnia has invested in a cogeneration system with the aim of producing all the energy it consumes in-house (12,630 kWh). The wastewater generated in the operations is treated in an anaerobic treatment system to produce biogas (CH4), which is then used to meet the steam requirements. To prevent the direct release of methane gas into the atmosphere in case of a system malfunction, a gas combustion unit is present.
