Corn Syrup derivatives are natural corn syrups in dense liquid form with variable viscosity and different sugar contents, obtained by the enzymatic hydrolysis of corn starch. It is viscous liquid with a sweet, odourless.
GlucoSan® does not contain any GMOs .
GlucoSan® allergen and gluten free.
The DE value indicates the value of the sugar solution in terms of dextrose. The shorter the chain lengths in the syrup, the higher the DE value.
