First of all, the most important asset to in life is human kind and their life. Our main goals are to follow a fair management policy by being conscious, considering equality among our employees, taking into account all material and moral rights of our employees, and ensuring that they work in a healthy and safe environment.
Our practices for this purpose:
SELECTION AND PLACEMENT
In order to have qualified and high-quality workforce, before selecting personnel, qualifications in accordance with job descriptions are determined and applications are collected in line with these qualifications, selection and placement processes are carried out by Human Resources by experts from the candidate pool created.
ORIENTATION AND TRAINING
On the first day of any new employee, the Human Resources Department provides training that introduces the company and outlines the general rules. Afterwards, training is given by Production Managers about the production line. Occupational Health and Safety training is given by an Occupational Health and Safety specialist in the company and the relevant department. Afterwards, they are introduced to their colleagues by the relevant department manager and other on-the-job training is given about the working environment, the introduction of the machines, and the introduction of the job. It is also possible for the personnel to participate in the trainings specified in the annual plans during their working life in the company.
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY
While all necessary safety precautions are taken by the Occupational Health and Safety expert within the company and the established committee, the awareness of our employees is also ensured through relevant trainings.
SOCIAL AND LEGAL SERVICES
As Human Resources, we provide consultancy to our employees regarding all kinds of social and legal services, and our company also follows appropriate procedures in this regard.
PERFORMANCE (MEASUREMENT) EVALUATION
In order to both raise awareness and increase capacity, the performance of our employees is taken into consideration and necessary work is carried out for continuous improvement and increase of their performance.
